Organisational Changes
Implementation of BPM entails some changes within a business organisation. In one way or another, it involves a radical re-focusing of business processes, which may include organisational transformation from being function-centric to being process-centric. All these changes are necessary to successfully implement BPM. However in most cases, organisational changes is an issue in BPM, especially when business executives feel the need to have complete control over the processes of their business and the architecture of their enterprise.

Planning for Organisational Changes
This over protective attitude over organisational control is a great block in the achievement of the project’s goal. This case must avoided because implementation of BPM does not actually entails losing total management control of business processes. While BPM allows easy changes to processes, it provides a well-integrated change in management capability, ensuring that upper management retains strong access control over business processes.
